حدث سيتي سكيب جلوبال دبي يعتبر منصة هامه لصناعة العقار وذلك لربط المجتمع العقاري مع مجتمع المهندسين، والمطورين والمستثمرين و المشترين للمنزل لأول مره، إضافة إلى الجهة العقاريه التشريعيه دائرة الأملاك والأراضي، والمشرفه على التنظيمات، والمسؤؤله عن تسجيل العمليات العقاريه لتوفير بيانات إثباتيه لتحليل إتجاهات السوق و الصناعه ككل.
Cityscape Global Dubai is an important event providing a platform for the liaising of different communities related to the umbrella of real estate, construction, developers, investors, first time buyers, along with the organizing body for a system to facilitate and to ensure smooth operation, and documentation of the records as to provide data for the industry.
والمنصة بمثابة تعريف لتاريخ إنجازات العارضين، وإتجاه خطط المشاريع المستقبليه.
It is also a platform via which the main players of the industry display their accomplishments and future plans.
الجديد في سيتي سكيب هذه السنه، هو توفير قاعة للمحاضرات، ليتسنى لبعض المشاركين التحدث عن رسالتهم.
However, this year's event came up with new options that were of added value. For instance, throughout the 3 days event, there were lectures to enhance spread of real estate knowledge as to ensure more efficient practice.
بما أن أغلب وسائل الإعلام تطرقت للمعروض من المشاريع، الهدف في هذا التقرير ليس تسليط الضوء على العروض
ولكن المراد هو عرض ماهو مفيد من المعرض.
Since the majority of the media covered the developers who were selling, the purpose of this article is to discuss about the hidden gems of the show.
الشركات الكبرى مثل دبي القابضه أبدعت بعرض خريطة نشاطها، وإنجازاتها، وركزت على العرض وليس البيع.
Major cooperations such as Dubai Holdings focused on visual displays for its activity, providing an actual physical corner for arts and crafts including pottery and Arabic Calliagraphy corner as a symbol for the design district community. It also displayed its world wide activity, and local map projects and kept a low profile on the activity of sales at the event.

However, the huge display area also included Meraas, a daughter company of Dubai Holdings that have excelled in providing beautiful life style rather than mere brick and mortar developments.
بينما وضح ديتسركت ٢٠٢٠ خارطة الطريق مابعد المعرض التجاري العالمي في ٢٠٢٠ لإستغلال الموقع تجاريا لمشاريع التكنولوجيا و صناعات أخرى، وذلك لدعم إستقرار ونمو القطاع العقاري بطريقه مستدامه. وطالما الحكومه مركزه على موضوع البنيه التحتيه من طرق و وسائل مواصلات للمدينه، فذلك يدعم إستراتيجية النمو المستدام.
On the other hand, District 2020 displayed the map road for after the much anticipated event of World Trade Expo in 2020. The plan is to have the site inherited by other industries including the technology sector as to ensure steady and sustainable development. Given that the government is focusing on enhancing the infra structure for the area of the event, and investing in public transport and roads etc., it is supporting the vision of the sustainability for the district, and for the industry as a whole.

For the first time, we saw a government body from the UK present to assist laying out business and Trade dialogue bridge between UK and MENA region, in hope to capture a slice of the "2030 vision" cake. The lecture list was highly informative through out the 3 days to enhance the knowledge of correct and ethical real estate knowledge

One of the best talks was given about how to create buildings with focus on providing a healthy place for the people who use it. Such lectures provide awareness for the investors to be selective when deciding what to buy.

Similarly, companies provided data and statistics that are crucial for the investors to be aware of and to become better decision makers.

A talk also gave a tip that many ads. nowadays turn away people, and what really works is the experience of a happy buyer advertised via the social media, since they are testimonies
reflecting a real situation.

وتحدثت مندوبه لمنظمة RICS, عن أهمية دورهم كمنظمة وجدت لحلول المشاكل مابين الجهات المختلفه في المشاريع الكبيره.
RICS Organization representative discussed the importance of their role in ensuring that large scale projects are handled properly with out delay, given that some times unethical practices happen where by money is paid, and the required scope of work is not handled as per say.
